Agreement Policies. Client is purchasing one custom menu designed by Webz International. Ownership (copyright and title) of the final artwork become the property of the Client, having unlimited, indefinite, and royalty-free use of the menu upon payment of all fees in full. Webz International retains rights to display the artwork in our portfolio and advertising materials. All concepts, comprehensives, or other preliminary materials, which are not selected by the Client or are not included into the final delivery, remain the full property of Webz International. Webz International retains the Right to cancel order and refund money at any point in the menu development process. Money back guarantee is valid prior; to you selecting the option to approve, approve with revisions, or our completion of your menu development. Money back guarantee is not valid for circumstances unrelated to the design service including if we have no contact from client for 30 days in any given period.
